About Sharkey's

What You'll Do
- Deliver great cuts and mentor fellow stylists
- Help oversee daily salon operations
- Create a welcoming experience for kids and parents
- Handle customer concerns with patience and grace
- Promote Sharkey's to new families and future teammates
What We're Looking For
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
- 3–5 years of experience preferred
- Leadership or mentoring experience a plus
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- A genuine love for working with kids
