We’re looking for talented, friendly, and dependable Stylists/Barbers who take pride in their work, enjoy interacting with families, and want to earn great money in a positive, team-oriented environment.
Great haircuts, great tips, and a team that appreciates you. Our stylists average $20+ per hour in tips alone, on top of their hourly pay! Whether you’re looking for a full-time career or part-time flexibility, Sharkey’s offers an opportunity to put your skills to work and earn excellent money.

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Full-time team members generally work 5 days per week, including weekends
- Part-time schedules available based on availability and salon needs
- Shifts typically range from 6–8 hours
- Weekend availability required
What You’ll Do
- Provide quality haircuts and styling services for children
- Create a comfortable, positive experience for kids and parents
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service that keeps families coming back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the salon running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Florida Cosmetology or Barber license required
- Experience cutting children’s hair is preferred, but not required
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children
- Strong haircutting skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
