• Strong technical skills with the ability to mentor and coach stylists
• Lead the team by example
• Oversee daily salon operations
• Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and future team members
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and grace
• Hire, train, and retain stylists
• Help create a fun, welcoming culture for both clients and staff
