Job Overview
In this role, you'll lead our salon and staff with an upbeat attitude, delivering unforgettable, fun-filled haircut experiences for children and their parents. You'll listen actively, communicate effectively, and ensure every client leaves thrilled and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations, including staff management, scheduling, and shift preparation based on appointments and demand.
- Deliver stylish haircuts and top-notch services tailored to kids and families.
- Build strong customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Drive business growth through sales support, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and product offerings to keep things running smoothly.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold our high standards of fun and professionalism.
- Handle cash management, sales reporting, deposits, and financial tasks accurately.
- Maintain a spotless, safe salon environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures every day.
Qualifications
- Hair stylist experience required; salon management or leadership experience preferred (but not mandatory – we'll train the right person!).
- Proven experience working with kids and families in a positive, engaging way.
- Valid Florida Cosmetology or Barber license.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented mindset with a love for creating joyful moments.
