About the Role:
Join Sharkey's Leander as a Weekend Stylist and unleash your creativity in a vibrant, family-friendly environment. We are looking for passionate stylists who love making clients look and feel their best while delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized haircuts and styling for children.
  • Consult with clients and parents to understand their hair needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
  • Promote and sell salon products to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon experience.
Requirements:
  • Valid cosmetology license in the state of Texas.
  • Previous experience in a salon setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
