About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of hair services including cuts for kids and tweens.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Assist in promoting salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic salon atmosphere.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the salon.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience as a stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing education.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
