JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
If you are a happy, energetic, fun, and positive Salon Manager with cosmetology and barbering experience, Sharkey Cuts for Kids is looking for you! We are seeking a motivated leader who is passionate about creating an upbeat, welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
As a Salon Manager at Sharkey’s, you will lead by example—overseeing daily salon operations, supporting and coaching stylists, and ensuring every child receives a high-quality haircut in a fun, stress-free atmosphere.
At Sharkey Cuts for Kids, we provide the tools, support, and environment you need to succeed as a leader, while delivering an exciting and memorable haircutting experience for everyone involved.
✂️Job Functions Include:
- Strong hair cutting skills with ability to mentor
- Enjoy working with children
- Lead the team (by example)
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace
- Hire, Train and Retain Stylists
- Able to work weekends

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
