We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! We're opening soon and looking for a motivated Licensed Salon Manager to lead our launch team!

Job Functions Include:
- Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
- Lead and inspire a team of stylists in a fun, upbeat atmosphere
- Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences for kids and parents alike
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day salon operations
- Drive revenue through excellent service, retail sales, and local marketing
- Hire, Train, and Retain Stylists

What you Bring:
- Valid Minnesota Cosmetology Manager's License (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on-salon experience; management preferred
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a love for creating great guest experiences
- A team-first attitude and leadership style rooted in positivity and accountability
