Job Description:
As the Salon Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating an exciting, welcoming experience for both our young clients and our team. You’ll oversee daily salon operations, provide leadership and mentorship to staff, and jump in behind the chair as needed. This is a great opportunity for a stylist who enjoys working with kids and is ready to take the next step into management.

Job Functions Include:

Lead by example to create a fun, engaging environment for kids and families
Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness
Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
Support marketing and community outreach efforts to grow the salon
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns with care
Perform children’s haircuts and services as a working stylist
Handles cash management, sales reporting, and deposits
Hire, Train, and Retain Stylists
Professional Appearance

Must have active Colorado Cosmetology or Hairstylist License

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
