In partnership with the Salon Manager, Job Functions include:
- Demonstrating strong technical skills (licensed stylist/barber state of MD) with ability to mentor
- Leading and inspiring the team (by example)
- Promoting Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
- Assisting with and overseeing daily operations, as appropriate
- Role modeling professional appearance and positivity
- Recruiting awesome staff
- Building client base
- Ability to prevent and manage customer complaints with grace
- Training and retaining Stylists
Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
