WE ARE HIRING NOW: Part-Time/Weekend Receptionist/Salon Coordinator!

We are looking for an energetic and kid/family-centric receptionist/salon coordinator to join our team on a part time basis to assist the team on weekends. This role is designed to be the first impression that customers will engage with at our growing salon!

Primary responsibilities for this role are a friendly, positive approach where you will help schedule appointments, check in customers, assist the stylists in salon operations, and maintain salon best practices during its busiest times.

Entire Responsibilities:

Must love working with kids & families!
Provide exceptional client experience that ensures we are each family's go-to hair salon.
Listen and communicate clearly with families to deliver the highest level of service.
Greet all guests and offer friendly, prompt and exceptional service
Manages the salon software
Answers the phone, checks voicemails, and schedules appointments
Coordinates the customer traffic throughout the shift to keep salon efficiency
Assist stylists to ensure and maintain high level of cleanliness at the salon.
Keep retail shelves stocked
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere
Shifts are on the weekends
Assist team in keeping Google rating 4.5 stars or better

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
