About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to recommend hair care products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide top-notch services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Assist in promoting salon services and retail products to enhance client experience.

Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Minnesota.
- Proven experience in hair cutting and styling techniques.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
