Looking for a chemical-free salon with a fun environment? Join Sharkey's Cuts for Kids- Alpharetta. We are looking for a happy and energetic stylist/manager to join our fun team of stylists. We are offering $35-$45 /hour (including tips and commissions) Enjoy a relaxed, fast-paced environment, with flexible hours and no early mornings or late nights. Must hold current cosmetology license and be able to work weekends. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!
Job Functions Include:
- Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling
- Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
- Lead the team (by example)
- Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace
- Hire, Train and Retain Stylists

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
